Tanaka Spicy soup is one dimensional, there is something missing, like the tonkotsu part of the broth. Tanaka Rich Garlic same with the spicy, it was a bit one dimensional and very raw garlicky. Chicken Bun (1 Piece) this is good, the bun is very soft, chicken is crispy, the cucumber gives it a bite of fresheness. Three stars because this is a ramen shop with "something missing" from the broth, which is the integral part of ramen, the soup base. I was really impressed with how well all the food was packed. The noodles and broth are in the same bowl but the noodles are separated by a clear plastic layer. The noodles were a perfect texture and my broth was still pretty hot. Tantan broth is my favorite! The mini pork fried rice was really good. I like to put gyoza sauce on it and asked for a side of gyoza sauce in the special requests section and the restaurant included it with my order! The fish katsu is nice and thin and the fish is white and flaky. Comes with a side of katsu sauce. Yum!"
