"I typically don't bother writing reviews for food that's not very good, but every item, including the Thai Iced Coffee 泰咖啡 I received from Tai San Chef was way beyond "not very good"—it was absolutely awful tasting. The Pad Thai Tofu NDL barely had any tofu in it, and the eggs, sprouts, onions, and peanuts were pretty much all but non-existent. I'm also 99% sure that the tamarind sauce on it was made with a ton of ketchup too, but either way, it tasted so bad that I ended up throwing it out after a few bites. The Pad See Eiw CK was bland and incredibly dry and chewy, but at least it was somewhat edible."

"Tai San's pad see eiw is unique and different from every other Thai restaurant I've tried. The noodles are thick and there's a good amount of sauce. Some of the noodles are fried and crispy. I'm sure some people wouldn't enjoy it and want traditional pad see eiw, but I think this variation is delightful and I keep coming back for more. I only wish there was more broccoli, and the mushrooms are different from traditional pad see eiw."
