"I typically go in person as they happen to be conveniently located downtown, an area I frequent. Their coffee is good, and they're happy to customize it to your taste. The chicken quesadilla is something I get often, and while it's a bit messy, it blows taco bell out of the water. Come to think of it, I've never had anything from there that I didn't like. The staff is wonderful, and clearly take their jobs seriously. They're friendly, and each staff member knows the ins and outs of the menu. Easily one of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots in Waterbury."
