I find undercooking can be a common issue with fried chicken places, but everything was thoroughly and safely cooked, and never overcooked or dried out. The skin was crispy and not too greasy, but was very lightly seasoned- not an issue for me since I had ordered some flavorful and hearty gravy on the side.
