"The chicken from this particular location is good but the packing of orders is very hot and miss. Today, 6/4/2023, we paid extra for the larger sides on the combo and meal, but got the small size. The Mac and cheese was very very soupy...usually its nice well cooked, but since this was an 8pm order on a Sunday, it may have been made last minute in a rush to fill the orders. On our NEW 6PC Ghost Pepper Wings Dinner it seemed that counting to 6 was a bit off since we only got 5. I just took it as a joke, and figured they were tired after a a long day. I usually order from the Lynwood location where you never go wrong at all, AND they never forget your sauce packets. I really like this location, but I wish the team would really give it their all, and take pride in their job. If I could tip them to encourage them, I would. I would give this location a 4 star if their food was consistent and not missing order notes-and items."

First the Oxtail soup was the worst I ever had, $29 for only one tiny oxtail and two poor pieces of tomato floating on the bland soup. The whole soup tasted like someone’s leftovers that had been put in the fridge for two whole days, then microwaved in a rush to give to me. Second, the intestine noodles were even worse than a packet of instant noodles. The whole thing had no flavor or taste at all, the noodles mushy and soggy, the peanuts inside were small and sad. The noodles look like they were cooked by using an instant noodle pack but had added too much water to it. Please, if anyone sees this review, walk away from this restaurant, don’t waste your money!
