The first place I've found since coming back from Hawaii that met my ramen wants/needs. 😂 I need to be able to buy these ajitama (the marinated soft boiled eggs) in bulk. I could live off of them! The only thing that would've have made this better was if they used or had the option for that thick yummy melt in your mouth pork belly. The Pan Fried Pork Bao was also tasty. I have personal preference that kind of turned me away from them after trying it. They were wonderful but after sitting in the container they were very greasy, wet from the steam, etc and it was a texture issue for me. I should have expected that though. Overall 8/10.
