"It is so difficult for me to find good, authentic Mexican food in the City so when I looked up Pozole I was very nervous. I have never ordered from this restaurant but I am so glad I took the leap of faith. Everything was beautifully balanced. They did an excellent job at perfecting the spice level and cooking the hominy. The meat I ordered with this soup was chicken and the texture was cooked with much care, I could taste the loving work that went into its preparation. To top it off they sent me the traditional garnishes (shredded cabbage, radishes, lime, and onion) which were I could tell were freshly cut by the crunchiness . I can tell whoever prepared my meal thought through the portion size and cared an awful lot about delivery. Everything was wrapped nicely and separate with enough sauces, napkins, and cutlery.
