"This restaurant is definitely better at sesame chicken than sushi. I wouldn't go here for their sushi but definitely go here for their Chinese food - the chicken was nice and CCRRISSPY, the sauce was so light and flavorful, and rice was soft. The food had tasted way better, more fresh. I also liked the portion, it isn't a lot at once, just enough to fill me up. 10/10"

"shrimp toast is way overdone. fried to the point of being dry and tasting burnt. The boneless ribs who seem to be like 1/3 of what one normally gets in kind of chewed up maybe? Not tasty at all yeah. Not sure what's going on there either. I'm kind of hesitant to open anything else. suffice to say 50% of the meal is not up to even the lowest of standards."

The salmon avocado roll was acceptable but the Boston and Godzilla special rolls were TINY. 5 thinly sliced pieces per roll. I grabbed a piece of nori from the pantry just to eyeball the size and there was definitely some shrinkflation happening at Sushi Makoto."
