"9/10 at this location I usually have to chuck my food and get a refund because it arrives cold and old not to mention lots of salt in my fries when I always ask for no salt. usually don't have sauce's I ask for nor napkins and a straw. tonight I called in before placing my order the young lady I spoke with was such a sweetheart. I asked that she please make sure my sauces are in the bag and that all my food is fresh and most importantly no salt on my fries. when I received my food everything was hot fresh and delicious I had all my sauces in my bag there was napkins and my lemonade was ice cold. normally when I get lemonade from there it's room temperatured. I never got her name but tomorrow I'll be calling in and speaking with the manager and letting them know that more of the workers need to be like her and actually listen to the customers. "I ordered a sub two days after getting my wisdom tooth at at about 6pm. I requested it toasted so the meat and cheese would be soft enough to chew on one side without irritating the other. It wasn't toasted at all. The steak was very hard, like unusually chewy. I tried eating it with a knife and fork, it was cutting the paper before fully cutting through the sub. I used my knife I sharpened a few days ago. The bread tasted extremely stale, I ended up throwing it away and wasting $20. If you want a sub, go in person so they don't screw you over."

The portion was smaller than expected for a $23 dish, but it was still enough food for me. The tofu was cooked well and not overdone. The vegetable balance was disappointing. Most bites were dominated by onion, with a lot of carrot that was fresh but slightly undercooked, and only a few pieces of potato in the entire dish. If a bite didn’t include tofu or rice with curry, it felt like eating almost entirely onion, which was off putting. The sauce itself tasted very good, and I would order this again if the vegetables were more evenly balanced and not so overwhelmingly onion"

The hibachi grilled vegetables are one of my favorites and it was really disappointing I couldn't even eat them it was so bad. The food was hot and well packaged."
