"My Large Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken added for an additional almost $5 upcharge was pretty disappointing. The lettuce, dressing, croutons, and pretzel breadstick were good, but pretty hard to mess those up. The disappointing part was the grilled chicken. It was a very small amountof what appears to be bagged precooked chicken that was reheated and completely dried out. They did me a favor by putting it on the side to save me the trouble of picking it off to throw away. Also disappointing is the price I paid for this. An almost $20 salad should come with freshly prepared chicken breast, not these little processed tidbits. This is definitely not the normal standard of anything I am used to having from either Prime Time location. "

"This one wasn't very good. The Drunken Chicken and rice was excellent! This one was a bit odd. Basically, pieces of chicken in a bland, brown gravy and, idk, it just tasted... off. Almost as if it were tampered with or something. The bag was not sealed and the bowl was not sealed, either. This place and others need to make sure all food is sealed before delivery. I will Not order this one again."

The fries are great but mine was on the soggy side but only because I got them delivered and there were other stops before me. I can just imagine how good if I was at the establishment and got them fresh out of the fryer. In which the cook did very well. The chicken wings had feathers on them. which threw me for a loop because that lets me know the chickens was not prepared correctly cleaned. I really liked this establishment but today they was off their game in the kitchen. apart from the disastrous chicken wings the potato tots was dressed the way that I asked and the potato tots stole the show and that's why I give them a three-star rating. whoever's in the kitchen on this day I beg you to whatever you going through just don't bring it to work because it shows in the way that those wings were prepared and cooked and not cleaned. take the feathers off that is disgusting to see when you open them up after smelling how good the wings smell and seeing that. I will be back to try other items on the menu."
