"I've never had a problem at all with this store before but they dropped the ball today. The #16 sub is perfectly fine,. The roast beef, however, is just sad. Very skimpy on everything. the meat doesn't even cover the bread, you can see the green pepper, it's not generous but it's ok ,tomato is fine, the sauce however is so watery thin it has made the bread soggy. it was ordered it toasted, with ranch and baja sauce which normally is thick and creamy, but is so thin and watery it literally ran out of the sandwich and has been soaked up by the bread. Both were just dumped on paper in it to go plate with a gravy just stuck to the paper so there was a little of it left for the dinner I ordered the baked sweet potato. They substituted it with french fries without even asking me what I would like or what choice I would like to substitute for I will never order from this restaurant again, I was so excited about a home-cooked meal greatly disappointed wound. It arrived and disappointed that they never attempted to contact me regarding my choice of substitution who does that it's not good business."
