"The food was delicious, fresh, and well-balanced in flavors. Everything was juicy and satisfying. However, I specifically chose the ingredients to complement the combination of beef and shrimp for a particular flavor balance. Unfortunately, my shrimp were replaced with chicken without any notice. While the chicken was juicy and worked well in the bowl, the substitution without asking left me disappointed. Please make sure to confirm with the customer before making changes next time. Because of this, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, but overall, the meal was excellent."
