I particularly enjoyed the rice (buttery and nicely salted), the sweet plantains (savory sweetness with soft texture), and and the chicharrón (crispy outside and incredibly tender pork on the inside). The beans that came along with the platter interestingly tasted like black olives, not bad or good, just interesting.
