Dayshift included the napkins and straw with my order as they were supposed to and then I ordered it again this time during night shift. "There was a point in time Steak And Shake was good. That time has passed. Not a single employee takes pride in their work. I've tried to order twice and they forget to put half the food in the bag, take twice as long as the estimate, and the food that does make it in the bag is sloppy and thrown together so haphazardly it is barely food. Ordered the Frisco and it had so much sauce on it it was 90% sauce. Instead of building it correctly it was all slapped together and cold.
