"bought sandwich for Dad as a gift and he was really disappointed as was I. they're was hardly any.melted cheese and BARELY ANY ONIONS?? the bread wasn't even fresh and onion rings were not tasty and SMALL AMOUNT? it was so disappointing because this is supposed to be a restaurant that SPECIFICALLY focuses on Philly Cheesesteaks and honestly he barely ate any of it which was sad to me. He is 89 yrs old and I flew into Nashville last night to visit him because he had fractured his back and wanted to do something special again for him as far as ordering the last meal didn't work out well also but I witnessed this one and it was really disappointing and I think the worst part is that it was supposed to be a place that you would think would have amazing awesome Philly cheesesteaks and it was pretty pathetic He just was trying to be kind but it was not good and he would have expected something a lot more at least I would have he did not want to complain but I do because I was using a credit and then to see him not even eat any of it plus the onion rings were so small that was hardly any there and just disappointed me. I really hate to complain that I think that it's important that places like this understand that space stay they're going to have a Philly cheesesteak it's going to have cheese and onions and all the other things that it said it's going to not just meat on bread that's looks like it's kind of stale so maybe they just had a bad night it was really late I was exhausted he's 89 years old I really honestly did not want to take the time to even talk about this we just decided to go to sleep so hopefully maybe something you get done to accommodate but he definitely does not want to try it again after this and I will not be trying it as well while I'm in town unfortunately. the driver seemed really nice if that's any consolation but that doesn't make up for the food being pretty awful. So thank you for taking the time to listen and hopefully this will help the restaurant do a better job in the future because I would never recommend them ever again God bless"
