Chicken Curry had a quarter inch of grease on top? Just a pure oily sheen millimeters deep. Stuck a piece of bread in it and it picked up only grease. I wont eat that dish. Also very small portion of chicken in it relative to all other places in town. The 19. Mantu pieces were plump but room temperature and the sauce more Russian than Afghan, full of sour cream and dill flavors. The 21. Bolani was fine but a smaller serving than most places and only 1 sauce for it which tasted like day old grass clippings. Humus was the only ample serving but seemed to be just blended chickpeas with jarred olives tossed in. No seasoning or character. There are great afghan options on doordash. This is the only one I advise avoiding entirely. All others do everything better."
