"I'm a hamburger enthusiast and was in town to attend a dog show. I saw this place had great reviews but I was very disappointed. I like a simple Burger with just bacon cheese and mayo. The quality of the burger has to shine through when it's not covered with special sauces and tons of other gimmicky stuff. I ordered my burger medium, it was well done instead. the meat was barely identifiable as beef being overly ground and overly worked. It was also way too salty. the flavor of the beef should be enhanced by the amount of salt not overtaken by it. there was nothing particularly special about the sweet potato fries, they were kind of soggy. The bacon was cooked but a little undercooked for being on a burger as it was in its chewy state meaning difficult to bite through and get bacon with each bite of the burger. Would not recommend."

I also discussed that with the manager, but she did not care. When you order food delivered, it's hard, but you should be able to expect the same quality you get in the restaurant, especially for the prices that BJ’s charges. Was I able to eat all of it? No...but it was good! I also ordered, let's say more than 1 HERSHEY'S® Sundae Pie. How can you get BK without getting a pie? I will be able to satisfy my sweet tooth for the next days! Lol
I haven't been able to go in probably 4 months or so...but when I go to BK, it was usually through the drive thru after work, around 7am when I don't have to go back that night & get breakfast. Some of the nicest ladies there. There is 1 sweet lady usually at the 2nd window always with such a genuine smile. I hope you all are still smiling.
