"I recently ordered Choley Bhaturey and was left disappointed. While the choley were fresh and had a good spice level with flavorful curry, the “bhaturey” were a major letdown — they were clearly just small, frozen puris and not authentic bhaturey. Definitely not worth the price.
To make matters worse, the portion of choley was noticeably smaller than what I received last time.
The biryani was a huge disappointment. The chicken tasted like it was boiled, and while the rice looked good, it lacked the depth of flavor and aroma you’d expect from a proper biryani. Also, the portion was about half of what other places offer at this price point. I won’t be ordering it again.
The only saving grace was the gulab jamun – soft, sweet, and worth the price.
Overall, this meal didn’t live up to expectations.
