"Very disappointed with the quality of this restaurant. First, I want to clarify that this has nothing to do with the DoorDash driver. The delivery was fine. My issue is entirely with the restaurant. I ordered two sancocho de gallina, which is supposed to be a traditional Colombian soup with hen, potatoes, corn, plantain, and a rich broth. What I received looked nothing like the pictures they advertise. Instead, they sent a small container mostly full of cooked plantain with broth and almost no meat or proper ingredients. It was absolutely not a real sancocho. The packaging was also very poor, and the portion was extremely disappointing for the price. What they show in the photos online is completely different from what they actually send. To make matters worse, when I called and spoke with the manager, the response was very unprofessional. I was told that because I chose delivery instead of picking up the order, DoorDash should handle the complaint. That makes no sense because DoorDash did not cook the food — the restaurant did. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. The same issue occurred last week, where the food delivered was nothing like what was advertised or what I paid for. "This was by far the worst pad Thai I've had since moving to the area, and there are a lot of bad thai restaurants. The noodles were hard, the sauce wasnt even remotely close to pad thai, the pad see ew was made with pad thai noodles instead of the thick ones and the sauce was also completely wrong too. We usually trust Wonder but this was truly awful. I ended up chucking it and making frozen spring rolls instead. "
