"Overall Burntwood Tavern is not too bad. I do think that the prices are a bit expensive but the food was not too bad. The Chicken sliders tasted very good. I was a little upset with the "house made pickles" they tasted nothing like a pickle only a cucumber. I was a bit disappointed with that as I'm a big fan of pickles. The sliders themselves were pretty small. Obviously they are sliders but I still was thinking they looked bigger by the picture. Now, the chicken was super good. Super tender and juicy over all. They sauced them up generously and the mix of the spicy and ranch went perfectly! Over all with the Chicken sliders I'd give them a 3.5/5. As far as the Cesar Salad, I thought there would be a bit more salad actually in the container. It's this massive container but not very much lettuce in it. I was also expecting more dressing. The dressing was not too bad. I thought it had a weird taste but oddly good. For my crouton lovers, they don't put very many in. Plus the croutons are not crunch like you'd expect. These ones are soft and not very flavorful. I think the seasoning for the salad balanced out the blandness though. The cheese they put on was the perfect amount. Also the seasoning was very good. Overall I would rate the salad a 3.5/5 The food was definitely not bad. I just dont think the price for the amount of food really goes together. Then again, that's just me. I've seen The Kitchen on DoorDash before and finally talked myself into trying it this time. The Cook's Sandwich was super big and super good! When I opened the lid and saw the size of this sandwich I thought 'Wow!' The sausage is a hand smashed patty instead of an already processed patty which I love. The cheese is fresh and the egg was perfect! I also got their biscuits and gravy and I have to say, probably the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had from a restaurant. You can tell the biscuits and the gravy is made from scratch and not from a can. The biscuits have grill marks which I actually love. The grill adds not just a nice looking to the biscuits but gives them that nice crunch on the outside while keeping them soft on the inside and the gravy had amazing flavor. I actually used the rest of the gravy on my potatoes lol. Because of how long it said delivery would be I was worried it'd be cold when it got to me but it was still piping hot which really surprised me and I very much appreciated that! I will definitely be ordering from here again! I can't wait to try something new next time!"

"I LOVE the kitchen for breakfast/brunch. I had been a door dasher for 2 years from 2021-2023 and went into the restaraunt once in a while to pick up food. I just loved the atmosphere, it smelled great everytime & the people working were nice, so and so I checked out their website for their menu. Everything is fairly priced for what you get portion wise, and they also have secrets on their website door dash doesn't mention. Like for instance I'm sure you're wondering why my pic of their stuffed French toast is diffrent than the description. They only show one of the 4 kinds you can order on door dash which is the berry one. Yes, They have the berry one you always see, but you can ask for "Nutella and banana stuffed" (which is what I got today) "the berries" "banana cream pie", or "coconut cream pie" stuffed. You just ask for the change in the special requests when u order it and they happily changed it the last two times i ordered, ( I got banana cream pie last time)."

"This was my first time trying this restaurant and this type of cuisine. The Hot Cheetos Mozzarella Hotdog was delish! The Brown Sugar was tasty! Cons: the dog is short for the price and the straw is not that thick as I had problems getting the bobas out. The drink is not enough for the price.They dont provide any napkins either. My dog was short and stumpy vs. the photo which is slender and long. Same as the drink, the brown sugar is all through out in the photo but not in person."
