"I got the famous hotshot tacos and the only thing I can say famously about them is famously bad. They were virtually empty and what little meat that was inside looked like burnt tiny dry granules. I also got a side salad that upon opening had an odd odor. I quickly discovered that all the lettuce was very slimy wilted and basically rotting. Needless to say the salad was thrown away and I condensed the 6 tacos into 3 and added my own cheese because there was none nor any sour cream of which I paid extra to add. I was beyond disappointed that either dish would ever have been served from a restaurant let alone any kitchen. "

"Often send food from here to my elderly father. He claims the wonton soup is one of the best! Chicken with broccoli is his other go to. Food shows up plentiful, quick & hot. He is super impressed with the freshness of the vegetables. Nothing is soggy or overcooked, eveything is always crisp & delicious."

"I usually get the combination plates but this time I got them separate and boy was I surprised. The lobster sauce was in a large plastic container, perfect, but the fried rice, not so much. They are now using what used to be the small container as their large which is maybe enough for 2 servings. The large used to be enough for a family of 4. Now I have a large container of lobster sauce (they use it for a large soup) and not enough fried rice. The restaurants have downsized their containers and quickly raised the prices. Disappointed SMH"

"I had higher hopes when ordering today. So I ordered the plate with the grilled chicken teriyaki, beef with broccoli and white rice. Upon opening my meal I discovered they gave me all broccoli with 1 tiny piece of beef. The white rice is chewy and hard. I also ordered my daughter a cub meal and they did not give her the apples that came with it. Extremely disappointed overall with my experience today. :( "
