"Latté not full, missing 4-5 ounces of my 20 oz. drink likely due to too much foam left at top. Lid barely stays on again so I had to tape it. Hard time sliding the lid open too. Shouldn't have that hard of a time taking a drink....luckily was at home, not sure how someone in a drive thru would deal with it, the lid would fall off tying to take a drink."
