First impressions was that it was watery and that concerned me, but after mixing it and actually tasting it it was decently thick and tasted wonderful. It's got a semi kick of heat to it, that isn't searing and spice intolerant people could probably handle. And, I only got a 1/2 portion, yet the amount of chips I got was insane. 7/10 for quality, quantity, and taste. Overall, 8 out of ten for torchys. Most definitely would recommend, and will order again."

"The Chinese eggplant Banh Mi was delicious! Toasty, crunchy, perfect amount of veg. I would've liked more Chinese eggplant and sauce on there for the price paid. The veggie egg rolls were delicious! I think the pork ones were slightly bigger but both have a great flavour. My only critique is quantity for price, but im sure ingredients costs + it being a food truck drives up price a bit. "
