I had the pancit bihon and sinigang na baboy, I was not expecting anything special knowing that usually the other filipino restaurants do not have enough vegetables in their food and portions were small. I was delighted when I opened the container that was delivered! Pancit bihon was filled with vegetables, shrimps, chicken, squid balls, etc! And the sinigang had variety of vegetables as well including okra, eggplant, string beans. They don't skimp on ingredients, and portions were large! You get what you paid for. I was impressed that the next day I ordered beef caldereta and bistek tagalog. Those two did not disappoint as well! Huge portions, extra onions in bistek tagalog, extra potatoes, carrots, green peas in beef caldereta. I don't usually write reviews but Uncle's deserve one! I hope they keep this consistency. Uncle's is my go-to number one filipino restaurant now on door dash! Thank you Uncle's! I will be ordering more in the future."

I used to love getting food deliveries from here because of the food quality and fair portions. Now, pork sinigang has way less vegetables, very very salty broth, more fat than meat in the pork. Beef caldereta is way way less amount of serving, by more than half! For all the same price. The last 3 orders has been the same, pancit bihon - wet and runny, chicken adobo less portions - the quality has gone downhill, quite quickly. "

Hard to chew like if it was fried for too long. I don't know if there's a chicken shortage, but I'm not going to pay extra for less. This is also the third time it's come out like this. I never made a review before because I didn't think it would be this common. Everything else was fine aside from the chicken katsu. If there is a chicken shortage, at least make it known. I don't even see how you could call this extra meat. The food is decent at best. It could even be good if they cook the Carne Asada a little more and put a little bit more seasoning on it. No sauce came with it as pictured when ordering and it's really not anything worth ordering or having on a menu. It was real bad. Bulgogi yubu was okay but really wouldn't order again. The other yubu was okay was underwhelming. Rainbow roll was okay. They did add lots of wasabi, ginger and soy sauce and they didn't forget the chopsticks and they provided a small amt of napkins instead of not including any at all, which was appreciated! We have ordered other things before and there were issues with a lot of the items then too. Majority of their rolls go to almost $20 each so we haven't tried those but maybe they are better :)"
