"I tried to call the restaurant and they had such bad reception that she couldn't hear a word I said. I tried to order my bowl with extra rice because I added extra steak, because they don't allow you to add instructions on the app. When I received my bowl with only steak rice and cheese. There was so little cheese it was laughable. They lightly dusted the bottom of my bowl with rice and didn't make it proportional at all to what an 19 dollar dinner should be. Very disappointed in the lack of common sense and poor service regarding a proper working telephone. "

"It's hard to tell if the food was good or great because I'm so impressed by the quality, thoughtfulness, and branding of their takeout materials that my judgement is clouded. From the insulated bags to the hand towels, you can tell that this place takes great pride in its restaurant. I was also very pleased with the selection of mixed vegetables that came with the Salmon Teriyaki. Nice to see Brussel sprouts and potatoes mixed in with the regular suspects like brocoli and snow peas. This was my first experience so I ordered a few safe standards but I'll definitely be back and look forward to exploring the menu further. "
