Cardboard box was soggy and had fallen apart leaving cardboard detritus throughout the meal making it hard to distinguish between the mass of adana lamb that was dumped on the top and the cardboard mush. Chips were not crispy and there only a few, which was disappointing. I got the special spicy sauce and Garlic sauce, which again,wasn't distributed evenly and was just slopped on. This is the third time I've decided to order here and given it another chance. Overall, the lack of care taken with preparing the food has lead to it being mostly inedible, the parts that were edible did have good flavour. The meat was good and the sauces good - especially the spicy, could easily lead to a 4 star review in the future. For now stay far away and go elsewhere. "

"I got the plant based mince "meat". I have been excited to try this because although I am a meat eater, I'm trying to reduce my meat consumption. I can confirm that it is delicious, and I highly recommend it to vegetarians/vegans and meat eaters alike. I'd also like to mention that I have some sensory issues when it comes to meat and getting sinewy bits/gristle/connective tissue, etc. that sometimes show up in meat including mince meat, and this option completely takes the anxiety of potentially biting into one of those things out of the experience. I know lots of people who are neurodivergent or just have sensory issues might experience the same, and the plant based mince is great in that aspect too. If you have a kid who struggles with this or you struggle with it but you/they still want that meaty taste, I would recommend this option. The only negative was that they only had a large gluten free base and they charged $10 extra (which in my mind is quite pricey). "Food was good. Plain burger tasty and steak cooked the way I prefered. Chips were still warm even though they had to come some distance - See below: Must thank Fish & chip shop for bringing back nostalgia. It has been so so many years since chips/fish etc., were served in butcher's paper or newspaper (not the stupid boxes) and you had to tear the top open to eat the chips and it also kept the chips free of sand and kept them warm enough to eat.
