The only sort of downside I've had is that the fries are usually on the softer, almost soggy side and cold. More often than not, itās missing from my order even though Iām charged for it. Itās happened enough times that Iāve finally decided I just wonāt add it anymore for takeout, which is disappointing because it really does elevate the burrito when itās actually included.
One area that could really use improvement is packaging. I order pretty regularly from the Bay View store, and the bags are often unsealed, sometimes arrive open, and the small stopper for the lid is only included occasionally which results in spills. Colectivo could be inspired by Nomad's to-go packaging which exceeds expectations."
