"I want to lead with, we've had mug & cup a few times and the other times were very good. I'm leaving THIS review to let others know to not make the same mistake that I did. I ordered the Beef, Sausage, Egg, & Cheese that's pictured on their cover photo. I received a message that they never have bagels, only ciabatta or croissants. No biggie, but thought it was a little odd that what's pictured is on a bagel. Prefer a croissant anyway, so happy with the change. Food arrives & the beef sausage is nothing like what's pictured, it's a cut up link. Definitely wouldn't have ordered this. Called the store to discuss if I'd clicked on the wrong item or what, bc I was just so confused. The woman that answered made it sound like I should've known that it would be a link, since it said beef. Leaves me even more confused, bc beef patties exist & it's what's pictured. I recommended changing the photo, since it's nothing like what they're serving. She basically just said "thanks, Liz" & let me go. Now, I'm sitting here with $60 in food that won't get eaten bc no one in my house likes hot dogs (yes, I know they're sausage, but my kids can't wrap their mind around the difference). It would've been nice to have a solution offered, but that didn't happen. Anyway, hopefully someone reads this review & it keeps them from buying something their children won't eat, lol. Again, we've never had an issue with mug & cup & their food is typically very good!"
