Enough heat to for spicy lovers but isn't excessive for those looking for an extra kick from their chicken. The Mint Lemonade is probably one of the best if not the best lemonade i've ever had. It's so good i've taken 10 sips of it while writing this review. I can see this being perfect on a hot summer day. Sweet but not too much and in your face mint flavor that isn't overbearing.
