I always get the same thing but this time I decided to order the green Enchiladas (3) stuffed with chicken, they were sooooo good, I think the beans were prepared with pork lard which made the flavor even better! "I love Emilio's!! One of my favorite spots for traditional mexican food in memphis. I love the Aguas Frescas (horchata specifically) here, as well as the Side of Rice and Beans. The Quesadilla Camaron I got I didn't alter at all as far as what I selected, and it felt a little crowded with the veggies (while they are very fresh, and a nice addition) they make the quesadilla fall apart/open easily as well as making it a bit more soggy than I prefer.
