Here are a couple things I would keep from this dish and a couple things I would change: Pros: -HUGE portion -You get a good chicken to rice ratio, definitely not losing money here -Flavor of the cheese sauce is really good! Improvements: - I would add more seasonings/salt to the dish. There are parts that have a good saltiness, and other parts that are lacking. The chicken and the rice need just a touch more flavor from the seasonings that they use. Overall, this was really good! I know this restaurant is just starting out here in Oshkosh, and they definitely deserve the attention! I requested it to be spicy and their spicy option is REALLY spicy! They dont have a way to order just the pork bone broth on any of the ramen though even though it's advertised.
