My last $25 stuffed-crust pepperoni was bland and overcooked. (cooked too fast bc the oven is set too high.) The Oneonta location was in dire straits. Theyâre often understaffed, and last winter, they didnât even have heat for employees. Imagine cooking pizzas alone during dinner rush, in a building colder than the outside, and finding some way to stay warm. đĽś
Iâve given Papa Johnâs many chances and wasted a lot of money, especially when youâre only eating one piece of pizza and having to throw away the rest at these prices. Employees shouldnât be working in those conditions.
Unless the food quality and standards improve, Iâll stick with Dominoâs for my pizza needs. Sadly, I wonât be spending another dollar at Papa Johnâs. đ"
