"Stunningly great quality ramen. It has a smokey flavor paired very nicely with a spice that's potent enough to get your attention but also pleasant and not at all overwhelming. The broth is very thick and not at all watery, it coats the noodles very well. This is welcome, because as you can see by my photo, you receive a very large portion of noodles in the Dan Dan Ramen bowl. If I had one small complaint, it would be nice if the pork inside of the dish wasn't diced up. It is very delicious but when you only have a slice or two diced up into noodle portions this large, it feels like I'm mining for gold.
Ingredients, preparation and presentation were all on point. I just think the only natural reaction to tasting the pork is to wish there was more of it."
