It was 30° and I was in desperate need of a cozy and WARM meal to get me through the night after a long shift. The Sambhar has the type of flavor that builds with every bite. The Jeera Rice was buttery and aromatic, with a bit of an almost floral taste that really made my taste buds sing. Move aside hot cocoa, the Masala Chai is flavorful and warm and fantastic.
