Sometimes I've been suspicious that my items are leftover from the buffet, but other times everything is super hot, fresh, and flavourful. So even before today I would have probably rated a 3 and just mentioned consistency, never quite knowing if the meal would be a 10/10 or a 5/10 depending on the day.
But this last order sealed the deal for me. I think we've all had leftover chicken balls from a meal we've ordered the day prior. The breading tastes/feels different when it's been reheated. Normally the chicken is still fine. But these chicken balls included in my meal this time were absolutely not fresh. I ordered as soon as they opened, thinking this was tbe best way to guarantee everything would be cooked for the first time that day. Pretty sure the rice might have been from the day prior as well. "the employees at this store do an awesome job with the food. They don't skimp on ingredients - for example, if you ordered the chili cheese fries, you'll get an actual decent amount of toppings and the container is very full! they also take care building the burgers - all the ingredients are still on the burger when it gets to you. I'm sure some of that is thanks to the types of packaging they use for to go orders, sure, but it is still really appreciated.
