"The Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich doesn't look at all like the photo online. It's flat and the egg patty is about one-third the height of the one from the famous breakfast sandwich. I had to open it to verify that it contained bacon. Not worth $7+. The Snowman Cookie was tasty, but very overpriced. The Dragonfruit-Mango-Lemonade Refresher was good except for the weird lumps of soggy fruit that clogged the drink opening--I would avoid those in the future. Also, the Refresher drinks contain caffeine, which should be mentioned in the drink description. I only discovered this after being unable to get to sleep and happened to look it up online, only to discover lots of discussions on Reddit about why Starbucks doesn't include this in the drink descriptions, but I had to hunt to find dimension of this on the actual Starbucks website. The refresher tasted good except for the fruit bits, and the fact that it kept me up all night."

"I know it was kind of late so I get that they use what is out and ready.....but if it's been done and under a heat lamp for hours....maybe make fresh food. The potato logs and fries from our meals were so old I couldn't even chew them. The chicken was good, but one of the meals, 2 piece thigh and leg meal, consisted of a thigh and tiny chicken leg with no meat on it all, just skin. It was really weird. The mac n cheese was mushy too. The chicken strips, mashed potatoes and biscuits were the only things I will say were"Good". The rest was definitely old and had been under the headlamp for a long time. If I hadn't door dashed it, I would have brought it right back and complained. I love KFC so I will definitely order there again, but I won't order that late or have it delivered that late."
