"I sat by the window and my server, Jimmy, provided some of his favorites as some great options. He also reviewed the upcoming menu changes and how they are lowering prices while their competitors are raising them. The new menu should be available about a week or so from today's post on 10/4/25.
As soon as I saw Pho on the menu, I knew I had to try it. I was quickly served an ice cold soft drink while my feast was prepared. Jimmy brought me out fresh lentils and the usual garnishment. The plate was heaping and all of the vegetables were very fresh. Next, Jimmy tip-toed across the room with a bowl so full, one person couldn't possibly eat it all.
My first bite was like a little slice of heaven. The noodles were perfect and the the beef tender and flavorful. The broth was salty and the perfect amount of Sriracha and extras makes all the difference.
Half-way through my meal I was already stuffed. As is custom, I left a healthy portion for the chef. I'll definitely be back."

"undercooked cabbage in my egg rolls nothing spectacular about them. hot and sour soup had three pieces of tofu in it the ginger and the Bellflower root needed to be cut. it also wasn't thick enough it also has very little vinegar no white pepper. and the eggs were scrambled within it. "For paying $80+, we expected more food and better quality food. The Asparagus had a handful of stems, all very very thin. The slice of Lasagna was rather small as well. The Tortiglioni Rosa was fine, but nothing to get excited about. The best item was the Polenta Fries.

"The Brisket Potato Skins skins are HUGE and very filling. A single one is nearly a whole meal. The Pulled Pork Sandwich had a lot more meat than it looks like. I didn't end up eating it as a sandwich though. I took out the pork and separated it (very densely packed on the sandwich) with a fork. Very good once you accept it's a bit salty. I fried some up the next morning with eggs, peppers, and salsa. Yum. I got the MN BBQ sauce. There wasn't anything wrong with it, I personally prefer a thicker, less vinegar-y sauce. The Chocolate Chip Cookie was good. It's not amazingly great, but satisfying and tasty for a cookie. I would order again."
