Given the name of the store I anticipated a nice crust/base on the pizza but it might as well have been a supermarket base - a polite thin 'cardboard'. I appreciate that different people have different preferences though. The toppings were initially quite tasty (and the choice of the added chicken was apparently a good one) however the pizza tasted stranger and stranger the more I ate - I wish I could explain how. Not inedible or awful, just very odd. The predominant taste though was an unexpected 'heat'. I'm not sure if that's from the Italian sausage or from an unlisted ingredient like chilli flakes.
