It usually arrives with very little tomato sauce, but I didn't mind because the meat was thick, tender, and flavorful. Unfortunately, this last order was very disappointing. The meat was extremely thin and overcooked, and the French fries were soggy and soaked from steam, to the point of falling apart. This had never happened before. We have always ordered delivery, so this doesn't appear to be a delivery issue. The fries, in particular, used to be something we really loved. It feels like recent changes have been made, and sadly the quality has declined. I hope this feedback helps, as this used to be one of our favorite dishes"

"The entire order was soaked in coffee because the cover hadn't been put on correctly for the second time. The English muffins weren't toasted, and they were saturated with coffee, making them inedible. Coffee rolls were only half destroyed. Breakfast was a wonderful half cup of coffee and half a damp coffee roll. This was the second time my order came soaked in coffee because of failure to put the lid on all the way.
