When I'm home, I add shredded purple cabbage and carrots, and lots more tomato, then my husband and I split the salad but it's a plenty big enough salad for dinner for 1 without adding anything. The chicken's breading stays on - it look nice in the bowl (the clear plastic bowl to go container they use keeps the temp of the salad nicely but doesn't snap back together so well for leftovers -it's nice enough you don't have to pack a bowl to dump it into if you order it at work. I hate eating salad out of a shallow foam to go box). No crispy chips stuff added so this is a great keto salad if you choose grilled chicken "
