Also my first time having Quesabirria Taco and it was fantastic! the shredded beef was tender, juicy. and perfectly seasoned, and the consomme is so delicious I could drink it by the bowl. Signature Mexi Sampler included queso, guacamole, sour cream, pico, cheese quesadillas, empanadas, and flautas. I chose beef filling for the empanadas and flautas, and everything was delicious.
