The Shake was not fresh at all, and it seems like the drinks were prepared before they started the rest of the order, meaning the shake was liquid and the ice in the drink was melted. I expected better of this order and while I understand it could be difficult late at night in between other orders and cleaning, I found it frustrating that I ordered ahead and it was accepted immediately but my dasher still had to wait at least 15 min.
