The outside coating is a batter. The hashweh is very tasty. The outside is a batter that kindof greasy and does not taste nearly as good as what we used to make. We used to use raw kibbeh as the coating which we then baked and it's really a lot more tasty. No bad review for Reem Halal, I'm just being honest and open. They have many more plates for me to try. Not super impressive for the price. The strawberry Nutella French toast was delivered without strawberry. So, they didn't even properly prepare the dish. Also not an impressive dish and I don't think strawberries would've made it worth the price. Hashbrowns were ok. Not special, just ok. Overall, I would not order from this restaurant a second time."
