"The ice cream was great, per usual, but by the time I walked out of the store, I had been sitting in cold stone for 45 min. I ordered online via door dash and checked in at the register when I arrived. It was busy so I knew id be waiting for a little bit but after the first rush ended, the entire staff just disappeared for 10 or so minutes, leaving me and another family sitting in the front. Another rush and being told they forgot about my order later, I was on my merry way. Definitely not the absolute worst but also just weird for two milkshakes and a scoop of ice cream. "

"I ordered the Combo - Fried Chicken Sando medium spice. The sandwich is a large chicken thigh, perfectly cripy, breading is good thickness, flavor was great! I loved the PB sauce and the pickles (pickles were crisp!). The crinkle fries were also great and the Pretty Bird Ranch tastes like homemade ranch which is what I like! Only note I have is for anyone debating spice level. I teeter between mild and medium all the time. In this case I should have went mild. I like spicy foods to have a kick to them but medium was too hot for me. It tasted great but my lips were burning for several minutes after I finished eating. Overall great! I'd definitely order again but with mild spice next time!"
