"Our driver brought Luke warm food and the burger was still DELICIOUS !!! One of the best smash burgers I've had in NE Ohio!! The special sauce is awesome, the double cheeseburger is plenty of burger,we would definitely order again and hope for a Dasher that either has a warmer or doesn't make us his 2nd or 3rd stop"

"Everything was good but major problem was the crust on the smash burger was overcooked big time. It was burnt. I think if the cook time was a little less it would have been perfect. Overall the sauce, bun, everything else was great. The burger patties were just burned and burnt tasting. I cook smash burgers at a restaurant so this isn't just a normal customer."
