In large part because the salad itself was wet. The dressing was a watered down mayo which created a mess and as it made the bagel soggy.

The cabbage and noodles were a l sweeter than I typically prefer, but still delightful.
The caramelized onions on the pierogis were also sweet, like they were cooked in sugar, which I hadn't expected but was quite alright with.
The pierogis themself were delightful little things, fine quality boiled pierogis with a delicious amount of cheddar cheese mixed with the potato.
