Nothing was packaged with care, the pieces of baguette were tossed into the carry bag without anything around them. Just tossed in with the spoon and napkins like they were rocks or something. No butter was included either. Super glad the lid on the soup stayed on, because that also was simply placed in the bag with no stabilization or security. The pastries seem of decent size, but again - prices are simply too high for simple baked goods. And they were tossed carelessly into the pastry box, no papers around to prevent icing from being ruined or transferred to other items"
