"This was our first time ordering from this restaurant and we were not disappointed. We caught it right before it closed so some options were out, but we will definitely be regulars. Large portions to say we ordered small sizes to try out. We ordered the Small (12 oz) gumbo, and it was filled with ingredients and great flavor. We also ordered the small red Camellia Red or White Beans and it was filled with meat and wasnt so small. Had great flavor. Even allowed me to add rice on the side. I love that we could tell everything was fresh. Lastly, we had the Fried Ribs. Def couldve been fried a little less but still tasty. Everything was great. Added pictures to show size and ingredients. Sometimes, there's a bit of lime juice to make it fresher and more flavorful, but that is inconsistent, and definitely was not on this order. The pork was good, everything cooked properly, and it's a pretty decent portion size for the price... but overall, it's very under seasoned. Add some salt, pepper, lemon powder, onion and garlic powder (or a proper portion of corn salsa, instead of half a #30 scoop or - probably more accurately - a butter scoop), and maybe a stock to cook into the beans and rice to name a few possibilities. I'd be more than happy to order again if it was properly seasoned... but I shouldn't have to reach for my own spice rack to fix a restaurant's order."

Also heads up in case you didn't already know, when you order either the regular or the Mini Chocolate Molten you have to heat the cake up in your oven yourself. It is not warmed at all. That itself isn't a big deal but the less ice cream and it being melted since once ice cream is melted then frozen again it's not that good. Especially since the ice cream they use isn't that great to begin with. Everything else I would say is decent and usual Chili's quality if you're used to eating there.. me and my kids LOVE their chicken strips btw! I would recommend skipping Canes and going to Chili's any day. Better prices overall for the food and better chicken strips."
