"Casa Ole's quality has really gone downhill in recent years. We ordered taquitos and beef fajita flameado. The beef in the flameado was disgusting. It had chunks of straight fat and stringy in places, and the cheese was gross. It used to be made with good quality cheddar cheese blend. This had very cheap tasting cheese. I hadn't had it in years, but the cheese is completely different than it used to be, and it arrived cold and unmelted. The portion was small, and it only came with 3 flour tortillas that were cold and stuck together. The taquitos were cold, greasy, and the grease tasted old. I want the quality of the Casa Ole of the 80s and 90s back. This new Casa is seriously lacking in the quality of its ingredients. Even the enchiladas are not as good as they used to be. There are too many other good Mexican restaurants for y'all to be expecting customers to pay y'all's high prices for nasty, poor quality food."

"I had the Fajita Burrito Supreme. The flavors were fantastic and definitely have original taste, unlike others. The portion size was very large, as it should be. The balance of the burrito was just right. The beans are smooth with a hit of bacon each bite. It's perfect for the base of any burrito. The grilled steak was tender and tasted like a unique marinated. If I was guessing liquid smoke was involved. It's still very good. I tried all the salsa, and they were all good. The red salsa is the warm kind with high cilantro taste. The guacamole creme salsa was the star. It was probably my top 3 favorite green salsa. Jalapeños and avocado mix perfectly. The chips are fried in clean oil and have a thin fresh crunch. The chili con queso is mid. Overall, I will come back and look forward to trying other items."
