"I've never had Bojangles am not at all a fast food person. I tried Popeyes twice in our area and both times it was disgusting. I used to like KFC (mostly for the sides) but haven't been to one in years, so I figured it would be fun to order a family pack with just white meat. I got the tenders and the classic fried chicken. It was AMAZING. My teen HATES fried chicken (which is why I got the tenders), but he actually ate some and came back for more. I wanted to try all the sides without altering them and was really impressed with the stuff I thought I'd like the least. The rice is DELICIOUS with just enough flavor. The green beans were good, but I could have used a little less "smokey" flavor. Still great. Cole slaw was excellent (I'm VERY picky about Cole slaw and only like the shredded) and tasted homemade. They were very thin, runny, and flavorless. I tried the white gravy (for the first time in my life) and won't be doing that again. The potatoes should be thick & fluffy. We threw ours away. If there was a brown gravy option, I might try them again in case I just got unlucky, but the gravy was flavorless & runny, too. I had to get some beverages because we were low and the prices are outrageous on their drinks.
